Return Policy
At Banafa for Oud, we take pride in offering the highest levels of quality in the world of fragrances. However, if you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please notify our Customer Care team to request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note that for a return request to be accepted, the products must be in their pristine, original condition, unused, and securely sealed in their original packaging, unless the return is due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect.
Due to the delicate nature of our products, please be advised that the following items cannot be returned:
Initiating a Return
If the items meet the above conditions, please contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp at 920014471 to initiate and schedule the return process.
Your request will take approximately 3 business days to be processed and for the courier to collect the shipment. Once the products reach our warehouses and are inspected to ensure their condition, a refund request will be processed immediately.
Please carefully verify the items you wish to return before handing them over to the courier. We do not bear any responsibility for incorrect items mistakenly sent back by the customer.
Return Fees
For returns requested for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or product damage, a return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount (this fee will be clearly determined and explained to you when submitting the return request).

Note: For COD orders, If you cancel your order for any reason after it has been shipped, or if you fail to respond to the courier, your account will be restricted from using the "Cash on Delivery" (COD) payment method for future orders.
